New York Rock City! Klosterman to Host Opening Night Keynote

Chuck KlostermanChuck Klosterman is the New York Times bestselling author of Chuck Klosterman IV; Killing Yourself to Live; Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs; and Fargo Rock City, winner of the ASCAP-Deems Taylor Award. He is a featured columnist for Esquire, a contributor to The New York Times Magazine, and has also written for Spin, The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Believer, and ESPN.

Klosterman’s latest book – and first novel – is Downtown Owl. He will also be releasing Eating the Dinosaur, a new collection of essays, in late 2009.

At BEA 2009, Klosterman will host the Opening Night Keynote, which will feature rockers Steven Tyler, legendary singer and front man for Aerosmith, and author of Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?, and Clarence Clemons, famed saxophonist for Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band, and author of Big Man. Tyler and Clemons will discuss their memoirs and provide behind-the-scenes and ultimate insider accounts of their lives on (and off!) the big stage.
