Thomas Friedman Brings Message of Climate Change to BEA

Thomas L. Friedman, a three-time Pulitzer Prize winner, is a New York Times columnist and author of such books as From Beirut to Jerusalem and the no. 1 bestseller The World Is Flat.
The World Is Flat has helped millions of readers to see globalization in a new way. Now Friedman brings a fresh outlook to the crises of destabilizing climate change and rising competition for energy with his new book Hot, Flat, and Crowded.
In this episode, Friedman discusses the world’s current “dirty fuel” system, the new “green revolution,” and the path to an energy independent future.
Friedman will serve as one of the keynote speakers at BEA 2008, speaking on Friday, May 30 at 11:00AM. For more information, please click here.

Looking forward to seeing him at the BEA convention next week. Planning to get a signed copy of his book for my very jealous husband (he would love to hear Mr Friedman’s talk).
