Upfront and Unscripted: Jon Karp, publisher of TWELVE
Jon Karp is publisher and editor-in-chief of TWELVE. This new imprint aims to release just twelve new books per year. Karp discusses this “quality over quantity” approach and previews the titles that will be released in the upcoming year. Carl Lennertz, VP of Independent Retailing for HarperCollins, hosts this discussion.

I would love it if you could forward my email to Jon Karp!
Dear Mr. Jon Karp:
I only narrate 12 audio projects a year.
“TURN KEY” AUDIO FOR NON-FICTITIOUS BOOKS AND PERIODICALS…
>$500 per finished hour or $15 per finished minute for projects under 60 minutes.
>Reads fully edited, produced and checked for accuracy.
*At least 50, fifteen second prime time ads on a major talk radio station in St. Louis upon initial project of at least 10 recorded hours or projects equaling ten hours or more. You can tell by my rates that my cost is not marked up to cover the cost of the radio ads.
I have a number demos on my web site at http://www.brucegannonvo.com, which showcase my vocal range and versatility, as well as my studio quality. After hearing a bit of a few demos, I think you’ll feel confident that I can deliver your material in the exact style you prefer AND you’ll receive a wonderful value added broadcast ad campaign.
Call anytime, if I can help.

Thanks,
Bruce Gannon
P.S. Yeah, I was only kidding about narrating only 12 audio projects a year…
