Christopher Kenneally to Host Two Sessions at BEA
Christopher Kenneally is the Director of Author Relations at Beyond the Book, an information program of the Copyright Clearance Center.
On Thursday, May 31 at 3:00 pm, Kenneally will moderate a panel entitled, “Giving it Away: Free Lunch or Unrealized Opportunity,” which will address the pros and cons of supplementing the sale of a book with free content. Leading the panel discussion will be Chris Anderson, the Editor-in-Chief of WIRED and the author of The Long Tail.
The other BTB session hosted by Kenneally, “A Winning Season? It’s Time to Take Sports-writing Seriously,” is on Friday June 1 at 11:30 am, and will feature Starling Lawrence, VP and Editor-in-Chief of W.W. Norton & Company, David Marannis, Associate Editor of The Washington Post, and Cait Murphy, Sr. Editor of Fortune .
