Cynthia Weaks is the author of Prayers of the Innocent. A first-time author, Weaks based this book on an experience her own family had with a con-artist. A portion of the proceeds generated by Prayers of the Innocent will be donated to the Mad Parent Corporation, which was set up to help protect victims of similar crimes.
